Welcome to Ziggo. These Terms govern your use of the Ziggo app, website and related services ("Services"). By using Ziggo, you agree to these Terms.
You must be at least 16 years old to use Ziggo as a rider, and 21+ to drive or partner with us. You must use your real identity and provide accurate information.
Fares and prices are shown before you confirm. We may add charges for cancellations after a grace period, waiting time, additional stops, or damages caused during a trip. Refunds are processed via the Help center, normally within 24 hours.
You may cancel a booking for free within the grace period (typically 3 minutes). After that, a cancellation fee may apply. Drivers and partners may also cancel under specific circumstances detailed in the app.
Ziggo connects users with independent service providers (drivers, restaurants, merchants). We work hard to vet and monitor them, but we don't guarantee their services. Our liability is limited to the maximum extent permitted by law.
We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms, abuse our staff or partners, or engage in fraud. You may close your account at any time from the in-app settings.
We may update these Terms. If changes are material, we'll notify you in-app and by email at least 14 days before they take effect.
These Terms are governed by the laws of Sri Lanka. Disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Colombo.
