Where is Ziggo Ride available?

We're live in 25+ cities across Sri Lanka, including Colombo, Kandy, Galle, Negombo, Jaffna, Anuradhapura and more. Open the app to see if we're in your area.

How do I pay for a ride?

You can pay with cash, debit/credit card, mobile wallet, or your in-app Ziggo Pay balance. You choose at the time of booking.

Can I schedule a ride in advance?

Yes — you can book a ride up to 7 days in advance. We'll send a reminder before pickup and dispatch a driver just in time.

What if I left something in the vehicle?

Go to "Your Trips" in the app, select the trip, and tap "Find lost item". We'll connect you with the driver immediately.

Are Ziggo drivers verified?

Every Ziggo driver completes ID verification, vehicle inspection, and a background check before going live. We also re-verify every 12 months.
